Please note: Our white glove service does not include the assembly of the reformer. However, we’ve made assembly as simple as possible with clear instructions provided in our unboxing and assembly videos, ensuring you can easily set it up yourself.

Before Your Delivery
To help make your White Glove Delivery as smooth as possible, please:
1. Clear the Path
Make sure the pathway from your entrance to the final room is clear of furniture, boxes, rugs, cables, and other obstacles.
2. Prepare Your Space
Ensure the area where you want your reformer placed is ready before delivery.
3. Check Doorways & Access
Make sure doorways, hallways, stairways, and other access points are wide enough for the packaged equipment.
4. Be Available
An adult should be present during delivery to provide access and confirm the final placement of your reformer.
Important Service Information
White Glove Delivery — $188
The $188 service fee covers room-of-choice delivery within your home, including delivery to upper floors and basement areas, with no additional stair or floor-level surcharge.
For safety and access reasons, the delivery team may require a clear and reasonably accessible path to the destination. Specialized services such as crane/hoisting, disassembly of doors or permanent fixtures, or other unusual access requirements may not be included.
